Recommended Use: Take 1/2 scoop before any mental focus activity. Take 1/2 scoop 15 – 30 minutes before your workout or after your workout.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop with 8-12 fl oz of water. New Users may wish to assess tolerance with ½ scoop. *Do not use more than 2 scoops per day.
