Bought both scents and mint is my favorite. Excellent grip, no mess like regular chalk and a little goes a long way. Comes with a carabiner to clip to your bag so you don’t forget it.

I love this addition to my workout! Typical block chalk gets all over everything, clothes, floor, whatever you touch. This liquid chalk stays where it’s supposed to, you don’t need much at all, and provides a great grip for my heavier lifts and hangs! Would recommend to anyone who usually uses chalk for the gym!

I did the ultimate test. I was Muscle Beach outdoor gym this weekend in Miami and tried to do hanging leg raises. Of course being at the beach, I did 2-3 HLR and my grip was done! Thankfully I brought my liquid chalk and I did a full PullUp/HLR set without losing my grip!!! Also, it lasted through my 4 sets without reapplying! I have the video to prove it!!
